I go other loaders from this company, for other mag types, that I rated 5 stars. This one for Mini-14 mags works, but not as well as the others. Have to hold it snug against the back of the mag with one hand while loading. (Those mags lack a place for a loader to clip in, like AR mags have.) Also the slider to load up to 10 rounds at a time tends to hang up after each 3 or 4 rounds. May improve after I get more used to it. Far as I know, there is no other option out there for the mini-14.
