Republican Sweep Refund Promotion — Terms & Conditions

1. Promotion Period

The Promotion begins at 12:01 AM on October 29, 2026 and ends at 11:59 PM CST on November 2, 2026, or earlier if promotional inventory sells out (the "Promotion Period"). All promotion dates and times use America/Chicago.

2. Eligible Purchases

The Republican Sweep Refund applies only to purchases made during the Promotion Period of the designated products or bundles listed on the promotion webpage.

The promotion applies only to the merchandise price of an eligible product or bundle. It does not apply to shipping, shipping insurance, rush processing, taxes, fees, add-on items, or purchases of non-eligible products or bundles.

3. Promotional Credit Condition

If Republicans retain control of both the United States House of Representatives and the United States Senate following the November 3, 2026 midterm elections, Black Basin will issue store credit for the merchandise price of each eligible product or bundle purchased during the Promotion Period.

If Republicans do not retain control of both chambers, no promotional credit will be issued. Purchases remain subject to Black Basin's standard terms and conditions and return and refund policies.

4. How the Outcome is Determined

The credit determination will be based exclusively on the final resolution of Kalshi's "Midterms: Congress Balance of Power?" market for the 2026 midterm elections. The credit condition is met if the "KXBALANCEPOWERCOMBO-27FEB-RR" market in the "KXBALANCEPOWERCOMBO-27FEB" event resolves to "YES". This market, reflecting Republican control of both the House and Senate, can be found on Kalshi.com.

Black Basin will use Kalshi's official market resolution as the sole and final determinant. Kalshi's stated rules provide that House control follows the Speaker's party and Senate control follows the President pro tempore's party at expiration, with accelerated resolution possible when designated media sources consistently declare the outcome.

Black Basin is not responsible for any delay, modification, suspension, dispute, or reversal of a Kalshi market resolution.

5. Credit Timing & Method

Because election-related markets will not finally resolve until after the election, eligible credits will be processed within 10 business days after the applicable Kalshi contract has finally resolved and Black Basin has verified the result. Kalshi will resolve the contract no later than February 1, 2027 at 10:00 AM EST.

Credits will be issued as store credit to the accounts of eligible customers on Black Basin's website, or by such other method as decided by Black Basin at its sole discretion.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing and contact information. Black Basin is not responsible for refunds delayed by payment-processor limitations, closed accounts, incorrect customer information, or circumstances outside Black Basin's reasonable control.

6. Order Limits & Availability

There is no limit as to the number of eligible products or bundles that may be purchased per customer, household, billing address, shipping address, email address, and payment method.

This Promotion applies only while designated promotional inventory remains available.

Black Basin may modify, suspend, or end the Promotion Period early if promotional inventory is exhausted, if required by law, or if fraud, technical failure, or other circumstances compromise the promotion's integrity.

Orders canceled, declined, refunded, returned, or charged back before February 1, 2027 are not eligible.

7. Exclusions

The promotion does not apply to:

• Any customer located in, or having their order shipped to, a jurisdiction where this promotion would violate state or local law.
• Purchases or orders placed outside the Promotion Period.
• Non-eligible products, bundles, or SKUs.
• Gift-card purchases, loyalty-point redemptions, or wholesale/commercial orders, unless expressly approved in writing.
• Orders shipped to prohibited jurisdictions or otherwise canceled for legal, compliance, age-verification, or inventory reasons.
• Purchases made by employees of Black Basin, its affiliates, advertising agencies, or immediate family members of such individuals, where prohibited by company policy or law.

8. No Wagering by Customers

Customers are not placing a bet, wager, or prediction-market trade by participating in this promotion. Black Basin alone may purchase financial event contracts to manage its promotional risk. Customer eligibility for a refund depends solely on the stated election outcome and these Terms, not on any customer action in a prediction market.

9. General Conditions

By placing an eligible order, the customer agrees to these Terms and Black Basin's standard Terms of Sale, Privacy Policy, and ammunition-compliance policies. Black Basin may void eligibility for orders that violate applicable law, involve fraud or abuse, or are placed through automated means.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase ammunition. Age verification is required at checkout, and an adult signature may be required at delivery. Additional restrictions apply in some states and municipalities; it is the buyer's responsibility to know and follow all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
