YHM Expands Shotgun Suppressor Line With New 20-Gauge Victra

Yankee Hill Machine is expanding its shotgun suppressor lineup for 2026 with the introduction of the Victra-20, a dedicated 20-gauge suppressor designed to deliver effective sound reduction in a lighter, more compact format. The new model builds directly on the success of the company’s earlier Victra-12 release and brings suppressed performance to an increasingly popular shotgun category.

Yankee Hill Machine has long been a respected name in the suppressor space. After unveiling the Victra-12 in early 2025 and showcasing it at SHOT Show 2025, the company is now following up with a purpose-built 20-gauge version aimed at hunters, recreational shooters, and smaller-framed users who favor lighter shotguns.

Scaled Design With Full Modularity

The Victra-20 is essentially a scaled-down version of the 12-gauge model, retaining the same core feature set while reducing overall size and weight. Like its larger counterpart, the suppressor uses a modular design that allows shooters to configure overall length. At full length, the Victra-20 measures ten inches, but it can be shortened to eight, six, or even just four inches depending on the shooter’s needs.

Those shorter configurations are particularly well-suited for youth shooters or anyone running compact 20-gauge platforms, where balance and handling are key considerations.

Separate Mount and Choke System

As with the Victra-12, YHM separates the mounting system from the choke function. The suppressor attaches to the shotgun’s choke threads via a dedicated mounting interface. At the front of the suppressor, users install an interchangeable choke, allowing them to select the appropriate constriction for hunting, clay shooting, or other applications without sacrificing suppressor compatibility.

SHOT Show 2026 and Availability

The Victra-20 will be on display at SHOT Show 2026, where YHM plans to showcase production-ready units. According to the company, shipping for production models is expected to begin in early 2026.

From the Yankee Hill Machine:

“Firearms reviewers and the shotgun community alike embraced the VICTRA-12 when we announced it in January 2025. With such rapid acclaim, rolling out our 20 gauge version was the logical next step. The V-20 is shorter, lighter and extremely effective at sound suppression, even in its smallest 4" configuration,” said YHM president Chris Graham.

VICTRA-20 models will be displayed at Yankee Hill Machine’s SHOT Show booth #20521.

“Shotgunners are increasingly using suppressors, and demand is expanding fast in the 20-gauge category. And like the V-12, the V-20 is priced in keeping with the YHM tradition of providing value for the consumer,” Graham added."
