Springfield Armory Debuts New Color Variants of the SA-35™ 9mm Pistol

Springfield Armory® has announced an exciting expansion of their SA-35™ lineup with the introduction of two distinctive new color options: Cerakote® Coyote Brown and Tactical Gray. Both models feature premium G10 grips in matching complementary colors, enhancing both aesthetics and functionality. These American-made SA-35 pistols blend modern manufacturing techniques and materials while preserving the iconic essence of the classic P-35 design. Each pistol boasts forged carbon steel frames and slides paired with cold hammer forged barrels, ensuring exceptional strength and longevity.

These new variants incorporate several significant performance and ergonomic improvements. The pistols feature carefully redesigned barrel feed ramps to guarantee reliable feeding with contemporary defensive ammunition. Additional enhancements include a precision factory-tuned trigger, 15-round flush-fitting magazine, smoothly beveled magazine well, redesigned "no-bite" hammer profile, updated Tactical Rack sights, extended thumb safety, and various other refinements.

In a notable departure from the original design, Springfield Armory has eliminated the magazine disconnect mechanism found in the classic P-35. This modification aligns the SA-35 with Springfield's broader product philosophy and enables magazines to drop freely when released.

The newly released Coyote Brown and Tactical Gray variants showcase Springfield's commitment to both form and function with their premium Cerakote finishes. This advanced coating technology effectively eliminates the need for exterior oiling to prevent corrosion, providing a more practical and low-maintenance solution. Both models are further enhanced with attractive and durable G10 grip panels. The MSRP for each color variant is $859.
