SIG SAUER has launched the P320-MAX 2.0, representing the next evolution in their competition-focused P320 MAX lineup. This purpose-built 9mm competition firearm was developed through a strategic partnership with Max Michel, the Team SIG captain and world-record holding competitive shooter. The enhanced model advances beyond its predecessor with targeted improvements specifically engineered for elite-level competitive shooting applications.

Core Design Features

The foundation of the P320-MAX 2.0 centers around its tungsten-infused TXG XFULL grip module, strategically engineered to increase overall weight while delivering superior recoil management. This competition-ready platform incorporates a flat, skeletonized trigger system paired with comprehensive extended wrap-around slide serrations, including specialized top serrations designed for overhand manipulation techniques.

Barrel and Optics Configuration

The pistol is equipped with a precision match-grade 5-inch bull barrel, optimized for competitive accuracy standards. Factory installation includes the ROMEO3MAX red dot sight featuring a 6 MOA reticle, providing shooters with an immediate competition-ready optics solution straight from the manufacturer.

Standard Equipment and Accessories

Each P320-MAX 2.0 ships with professional-grade Hogue Wrapter grip tape for enhanced weapon control and comes standard with four 21-round steel magazines for extended shooting sessions. For compliance with regional restrictions, an alternative configuration featuring 10-round magazines is also available.

Performance Enhancements

Advanced Component Upgrades

The updated model incorporates several premium components including a one-piece stainless steel guide rod system and a Springer Precision magazine release mechanism for improved operational efficiency.

Customizable Recoil System

A notable feature of the P320-MAX 2.0 is its dual recoil spring configuration. The pistol includes both 14-pound and 12-pound 1911-style recoil springs, enabling competitive shooters to fine-tune recoil characteristics to match their specific ammunition preferences and shooting style requirements.

This comprehensive package positions the P320-MAX 2.0 as a ready-to-compete platform that addresses the demanding requirements of serious competitive shooters while maintaining the reliability and performance standards expected from the SIG SAUER brand.
