SHOT Show 2026: Odin Works Expands Suppressors, Barrels, and Custom Rifle Builds

Author: | Publish Date: Mar 07, 2026 | Fact checked by: Marko Lalovic

At SHOT Show 2026, we stopped by the booth of Odin Works, a company known for building everything from AR components to full rifles entirely in-house. This year’s focus was clear: more suppressors, more modularity, and even more ways for shooters to build fully customized rifles.

From adjustable buffers to new suppressor designs and a unique integrally suppressed 9mm system, Odin Works had one of the most diverse product walls on display at the show.

A Fully In-House AR Ecosystem

Odin Works continues to differentiate itself by manufacturing nearly all of its products internally in Idaho, rather than relying on outsourced components.

Their catalog includes:

  • Charging handles

  • Muzzle brakes

  • Forward grips

  • Handguards and forends

  • Adjustable buffers

  • Barrels for multiple platforms

  • Complete rifles

Shooters can purchase fully assembled rifles or build a custom configuration directly through Odin Works’ website, selecting things like color, barrel length, stock type, and receiver style (forged or billet).

Adjustable Buffers for Precision Tuning

One of Odin Works’ most popular products right now is its adjustable buffer system, designed to help shooters fine-tune rifle performance.

These buffers allow users to tune recoil impulse and cycling speed depending on factors like:

  • Competition shooting with lighter loads

  • Suppressed setups

  • Finicky or over-gassed rifles

With the ability to adjust internal weights, shooters can get their rifle running exactly the way they want.

Barrels for Multiple Platforms

Odin Works now offers dozens of barrel SKUs across multiple calibers and platforms.

Current options include:

In addition to AR-15 and AR-10 barrels, the company also produces aftermarket barrels for the SIG CROSS platform and the Ruger American, making them one of only a few manufacturers producing replacement barrels for the CROSS.

Odin Works also showcased its Tangent Forend, which features a full-length integrated ARCA rail, M-LOK mounting surfaces, and a lightweight design tailored for precision shooting setups.

Suppressors: A Major Focus for 2026

Odin Works has been producing suppressors since 2019, and their lineup continues to grow. Their suppressors are designed with modularity in mind, allowing shooters to add or remove baffles depending on the cartridge and sound reduction required.

Available suppressor options now support calibers ranging from .223 up to .338 Lapua.

New for 2026: Trail .22 Suppressor

One of the newest additions is the Trail .22 suppressor, built from a combination of:

  • Titanium

  • 6061 aluminum

  • 7075 aluminum

The design makes it extremely easy to disassemble for cleaning—an important feature for rimfire suppressors, which tend to accumulate carbon quickly.

Odin Works specifically engineered the internal geometry to prevent carbon buildup between the baffles and the suppressor body, allowing the entire stack to slide out easily for maintenance.

High Country: A Modular Hunting Suppressor

The new High Country suppressor is designed specifically for hunting rifles.

Key highlights include:

  • Modular length configuration

  • Lightweight construction

  • ~12 oz weight in the short configuration

  • .30-caliber compatibility

Hunters can run the suppressor at full length for maximum suppression or remove the final baffles to create a shorter 5-inch configuration that balances well on lightweight hunting rifles.

NAV 2.0: Improved Suppression

Odin Works also introduced the NAV 2.0, an updated version of its best-selling suppressor.

Improvements include:

  • Quieter overall performance

  • Modular baffle configuration

  • Multiple finish options including black, silver, green, and a tobacco-colored finish

Shooters can remove or add baffles depending on the platform—for example, running a shorter configuration for bolt-action rifles shooting subsonic loads or a longer configuration for pistols.

WarCat: Integrally Suppressed 9mm Barrel

One of the most interesting designs shown at the booth was the WarCat, an integrally suppressed 9mm barrel system.

Key features:

  • 7.5-inch barrel

  • Six tuned ports in the barrel

  • Converts supersonic ammunition to subsonic velocities

  • Fully removable tube and baffle stack for cleaning

The result is a system that allows shooters to run standard practice ammunition while still maintaining suppressed performance.

ARC Barrel Innovations

Odin Works also showed 13.5-inch barrels for .22 ARC and 6 ARC featuring an intermediate gas system paired with the company’s adjustable gas block.

Despite the shorter barrel length, the design delivers performance comparable to much longer rifles—allowing shooters to achieve strong velocities while maintaining a compact platform.

Final Thoughts

At SHOT Show 2026, Odin Works reinforced its reputation as a company that builds entire rifle ecosystems—from barrels and handguards to suppressors and tuning components.

With a major push into suppressors and continued innovation in modular rifle components, Odin Works is positioning itself strongly for what many in the industry are calling “the year of the suppressor.”
