At SHOT Show 2025, we had the exclusive opportunity to get hands-on with Diamondback's impressive lineup of new firearms. Our team spent quality time at their booth testing these innovative products, and we were particularly impressed by the precision engineering of their carbon fiber offerings and the robust build quality of their Knight's Armament collaboration. Stay tuned for our detailed video report, embedded below, where we take you through our live-fire experience and provide in-depth insights into these game-changing releases.

Elite Performance: The Knight's Armament Partnership

Diamondback's collaboration with Knight's Armament Company has yielded an exceptional DB15 variant that combines the best of both manufacturers' expertise. At the heart of this precision weapon sits Knight's renowned 16-inch cold hammer forged barrel, complemented by a suite of premium components. The rifle features a 7075 T-6 aluminum lower receiver, a phosphate chrome lined M16 bolt carrier group, and a 15-inch MLOK rail system with integrated 12 o'clock Picatinny rail. Magpul components round out the package, including MBUS sights, a CTR stock, and MOE K2 pistol grip. This partnership rifle carries an MSRP of $1,547.

Innovation Meets Precision: DB15 Carbon Fiber

Taking barrel technology in an exciting new direction, Diamondback's DB15 Carbon Fiber showcases an 18-inch 416R stainless steel barrel enhanced with carbon fiber wrapping. Chambered in .223 Wylde for superior accuracy with both .223 and 5.56 ammunition, this rifle combines a DB15 Diamond lower with a sleek 15-inch S-rail. Performance upgrades include a Magpul PRS-LITE stock and a crisp CMC 2.5 lb single-stage trigger, delivering competition-grade accuracy at an MSRP of $1,790.

Obsidian Series: Versatility Redefined

Diamondback's Obsidian line expansion demonstrates their commitment to diverse shooter needs. Built around premium 7075 T6 aluminum lower receivers with MOE trigger guards, these rifles feature CRMOV barrels with durable black Nitride finishes. The series now spans multiple configurations, from full-length 16-inch barrel rifles to compact 11.5-inch barreled pistols equipped with SB Tactical SBA5 braces. A new 6mm ARC variant joins the lineup, offering enhanced long-range capabilities.

Revolutionary Revolvers: The SDR Series

Diamondback's entry into the revolver market brings innovation to the traditional wheel gun. Their new Self Defense Revolver (SDR) line features two distinct models: a snub-nose 9mm and a .357 magnum with a three-inch barrel. Each revolver incorporates a precision-machined 45-degree target crown, protecting the rifling while maintaining accuracy. The low-profile fiber-optic sights provide rapid target acquisition, crucial for defensive situations.

Available finishes include polished stainless steel for both the 9mm 2-inch and .357 Magnum 3-inch models, while the 2-inch .357 Magnum/.38 Special variant also comes in a sleek Black Nitride finish. With MSRPs of $837 for the 3-inch model and $821 for the 9mm, these revolvers deliver premium features at competitive price points.
