BANISH Announces New 30-V2 Multi-Caliber Suppressor with Enhanced Features

BANISH Suppressors has released the BANISH 30-V2, an updated version of their popular multi-caliber suppressor. This new model offers several improvements over the original BANISH 30, including reduced size, lighter weight, and enhanced sound suppression capabilities.
According to Lukas VanLaecken, Director of Engineering for BANISH Suppressors, "The Banish 30-V2 builds upon the great performance of the Banish 30 while keeping the suppressor modular and serviceable. Shooters have the choice of how to configure overall size and sound performance." VanLaecken added that "The new 30-V2 design reduces the overall length by 0.8 in. and weight by 1.8 oz., compared to the original, while improving performance for an overall quieter shooting experience. The addition of a HUB mount offers more options and ease of use with multiple mounting systems and firearm configurations."
A significant upgrade to the BANISH 30-V2 is the incorporation of an industry-standard HUB mount, which provides users with greater versatility in mounting options. The suppressor comes with a 5/8x24 mount, with additional mounts available for other popular thread patterns. The design is also compatible with most aftermarket HUB-pattern quick-detach systems.
Constructed entirely from titanium, the BANISH 30-V2 is a modular .30-caliber suppressor capable of handling firearms ranging from .17 HMR up to .300 WBY. Tests show an average sound reduction of 34.5dB when used with a .308-caliber rifle.
The modular design allows for two configuration options:
- Full-length configuration: 8.17 inches long with 11 baffles, weighing 12.4 ounces
- Shortened configuration: 6.4 inches long with 8 baffles, weighing 9.5 ounces
This versatility makes the BANISH 30-V2 suitable for both hunting applications and range use, offering flexibility for different shooting scenarios with a single suppressor.
